Saratoga Springs Foundation Opposes Demolition of Historic Winans-Crippen House on Franklin Street

The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation has announced that it would oppose a proposal by Florida and Saratoga Springs resident Joseph Boff to demolish the historic Winans-Crippen House on Franklin Street in Saratoga Springs and replace it with a vacant lot.
