On Sunday, September 12th the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation presents “Pay Your Respects: Gideon Putnam Cemetery,” the tenth in a series of eleven walking tours of historic Saratoga Springs. Stroll with local historian Mary Jane Pelzer as she discusses the history of the cemetery and its inhabitants. Learn about Saratoga Springs’ early settlers…the people who helped make the city what it is today.
Tour starts at 10:30 a.m. and lasts approximately 90 minutes.  Meet at the cemetery’s Franklin Street entrance. Cost: $5.00 per person.
