The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation is thrilled to announce that the 2026 Historic Homes Tour will take place from 10am-4pm on Saturday, May 9! Join us for this exclusive opportunity to tour private homes in the East Side Historic District and celebrate our community’s rich architecture and history.

Have your generosity acknowledged on our website and be listed in the invitation in recognition of your support of preserving our community. The East Side Historic District is well known for having beautiful historic residences built in a diverse range of architectural styles, most notably Greek Revival, Gothic Victorian, Second Empire, Italianate, and Queen Anne styles. After the Foundation was formed in 1977, it sought to add the East Side, among other areas in the city, to the National Register of Historic Places. The Foundation’s application was approved and the East Side Historic District was added to the Register on October 29, 1982.

The Historic Homes Tour, the Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser, helps to support our mission to preserve and enhance the architectural, cultural, and landscaped heritage of our wonderful community.
